01.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Free AI Prompt Generator web application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of the web application.
02.Intellectual Property & Prompt Ownership
We believe in creator autonomy and open access:
- You Retain Full Ownership: You retain 100% full legal ownership, copyright, and commercial exploitation rights to all text, prompts, templates, and outputs assembled using our tool.
- Zero Royalty Claims: We claim zero intellectual property rights, licensing fees, or royalties on your generated prompts or AI outputs.
- Open-Source Codebase: The web application source code is distributed under the MIT Open Source License. You are free to inspect, fork, or modify the code in accordance with the MIT license terms.
03.Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the AI Prompt Generator responsibly and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Formulate prompts intended to generate illegal, abusive, hate speech, or harmful content prohibited by law or third-party AI provider guidelines.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the operation of third-party AI model APIs connected via client-side integration.
- Misrepresent prompts created via our tool as official communications from AI model developers (such as OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or Midjourney).
04.Third-Party AI Service Disclaimer
The AI Prompt Generator is an independent prompt engineering utility. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Google LLC, Anthropic PBC, Midjourney Inc., or any other AI model vendor.
You acknowledge that outputs generated by artificial intelligence models (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Midjourney) when consuming prompts built with our tool are governed by those respective third-party platforms. We do not guarantee specific model output accuracy, response quality, or uptime.
05.Disclaimer of Warranties
THE WEB APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE TOOL WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
